Service Description. This Site describes Cross-Docking, Damaged Load Repair, Freight Consolidation, Load Securement, LTL Cross Docking, Pallet Restacking provided by Doctor Freight. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Site Content. Content displayed on https://freightrestackingchinohills.com is the property of Doctor Freight or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

End of Use. Doctor Freight may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under CA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in CA for any related dispute.
